The landscape of wines
The unique terroir of the limestone Pálava hills represents not only the cradle of the best Welsch and Rhine Rieslings and the distinctive variety Pálava, but also an ideal centre of a wide band of wine areas throughout southern Moravia, northeast Austria, northwest Hungary and southwest Slovakia, which range from interesting to great.
